We are currently implementing a range of new initiatives to improve the scope of opportunities available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders within our business. Our Indigenous Employment Strategy is being developed to ensure a coordinated approach to Indigenous recruitment and retention, and to improve our Indigenous community engagement practices.
